Trading Defaults

Save time by setting default values for each market type. Go to Settings → Trading Defaults.

  • • Default lot size, shares, or contracts
  • • Risk per trade percentage
  • • Commission/fee settings
  • • Preferred market type

When you create a new trade, these defaults auto-fill based on the market type you select.

Automatic P&L Calculation

Forge calculates your P&L automatically based on:

  • • Entry and exit prices
  • • Position size (lot size, shares, etc.)
  • • Commission/fees from your defaults
  • • Direction (long/short)

You can always override the calculated P&L with a manual value if needed.
