What You Can Export
Trades
All logged trades with symbol, direction, prices, P&L, emotions, notes, and timestamps
Journal Entries
Titles, summaries, emotions, lessons learned, ratings, and linked trade IDs
Reflections
Full conversation transcripts with the AI coach
Check-ins
Morning Forge responses including readiness scores and intentions
Export Formats
CSV
Comma-separated values. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app. Best for analysis and pivot tables.
JSON
JavaScript Object Notation. Best for developers and importing into other apps. Preserves nested data structures.
How to Export

Go to Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar

Open Data & Privacy Tab
Click the "Data & Privacy" section

Select Data Type
Choose which data to export (trades, journal, etc.)

Choose Format & Date Range
Select CSV or JSON and the time period to export

Download
Click "Export" to generate and download the file
Processing Time
Export times depend on how much data you have:
- • <1,000 trades: Instant download
- • 1,000-10,000 trades: A few seconds
- • 10,000+ trades: Up to 30 seconds
For very large exports, we'll email you a download link.
Your Data, Your Control
All data you create in Forge belongs to you. You can export it anytime, use it anywhere, and delete your account whenever you want. We believe in full data portability.
