Accountability Pods
Small groups of traders (2-5 members) who keep each other accountable and support each other's discipline journey.
What is a Pod?
A Pod is a private accountability group where traders support each other. Unlike public communities, Pods are intimate — designed for traders who know each other or have similar trading styles.
- Invite-only by default (creators control access)
- 2-5 members maximum for close-knit accountability
- Real-time chat and activity feed
Creating a Pod
- Go to Dashboard → Pods
- Click Create Pod
- Enter a name and optional description
- Set maximum members (2-5)
- Click Create
You're automatically the admin of pods you create.
Inviting Members
There are two ways to invite traders to your pod:
Shareable Link
Copy the invite link and send it directly to your trading friends. Anyone with the link can join until the pod is full.
Email Invitation
Enter an email address and Forge sends a branded invitation with a unique join link.
Pod admins can enable/disable the invite link at any time.
Nudges
Nudges are quick messages to encourage or remind pod members. There are four types:

Nudges appear as notifications. You can send up to 3 nudges per day to the same person.
Activity Feed & Chat
Each pod has a real-time activity feed showing:
- • When members complete reflections
- • Streak milestones achieved
- • Check-in completions
- • New badges earned
The chat feature lets you have real-time conversations with pod members. Messages update every 5 seconds.
Tips for Effective Pods
- • Start with 2-3 members who trade similar timeframes
- • Use accountability nudges when someone misses a day
- • Celebrate each other's milestones
- • Keep conversations focused on discipline, not tips
